The Story
Maribel Ramos is a REALTOR®, entrepreneur, investor, author, international speaker, and Founder & CEO of PROSPERA™ — an ecosystem designed to help people build wealth, freedom, and legacy.
Over more than two decades, she has built her career at the intersection of finance, real estate, construction, media, and entrepreneurship. What began at some of the most recognized financial institutions in the United States evolved into a standout career in real estate, where she has helped hundreds of people and families buy, sell, invest, and build wealth.

After decades helping people make some of the most important financial decisions of their lives, she created PROSPERA™ to bring everything she’d learned into one ecosystem — a place where people can access the tools, education, community, and opportunities designed to help them build the life they want.
Today, Maribel continues serving her clients through real estate, investing, and education, while leading the expansion of PROSPERA™ as a platform for those ready to design a more prosperous life and build a future with intention.

Spent over a decade at some of the most recognized financial institutions in the United States, including Bank of America, Chase, Comerica Bank, and Citibank. Earned insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6 and 63, building a deep understanding of how money works, how wealth is built, and how it multiplies through sound financial strategies.
Expansion
Real Estate
Entered the real estate world and quickly became one of the most recognized professionals in Texas. For over a decade, she has been consecutively honored with multiple distinctions, including Top 21 with Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. She has also been featured by Fort Worth Magazine, Top Agent Magazine, and Real Producers. In parallel, she expanded her expertise into residential development and construction.

Expanded her vision beyond local markets, connecting real estate, investment, and development opportunities across different countries.
